PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve impact absorption and safety even for a two-wheeled vehicle, lighten a guard fence, and simplify construction of the fence. SOLUTION: A reinforced concrete 2 is arranged on a vehicle running division, a form is provided around the reinforced concrete, and concrete 1 in which aggregate consisting of styrene foam powder is mixed is cast. In this case, since the concrete with the aggregate made of the styrene foam is light in specific gravity, light in a weight, and low in compression strength, the concrete is easily deformed and destroyed when colliding to absorb impact. Further, it is possible to prevent a two-wheeled vehicle from nipping, crashing into a prop, and getting a cut by an end part, and the concrete does not rust and rot. And furthermore, it is possible to use it as a temporary guard fence by precasting in a block shape.
