PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a segment fitting construction by a conveying suspending equipment in a segment carry-in equipment and to improve the workability and work efficiency from gripping to delivery of segments. SOLUTION: A wire 22 is extended by two hoist devices 6, an electromagnet 7 is lowered and a segment 9 is stuck, the wire 22 is taken up and the segment 9 is lifted up, the hoist device 6 is traveled forward, and the segment 9 is carried to an erector 40. Next, a suspending fittings is fitted to a segment gripping device 44 by permitting to insert a collar portion of the suspending fittings attached to the segment 9 to a gap between two plate members of the slider 13, and the electromagnet 7 is separated from the segment 9. As a result, the segment 9 is received by the erector 40 from the conveying and suspending equipment 50.
