PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the formation of forms for side wall lining and rapidly carry out the work by filling a fluid into a hollow space in an expandable bag body and arranging the external peripheral face as a form keeping a specified distance from the side wall of a shaft. SOLUTION: A bag body 2 which is made of a flexible airtight sheet and provided with a hollow inside and which is cylindrical as a whole and expandable is hung down with slings in a shaft 1 after excavation in a required depth. A fluid 4 is filled into the hollow inside of the bag body 2. The bag body 2 filled with the liquid 4 bulges and forms a stable shape as a form. It is installed to keep the outer peripheral face from the side wall of the shaft by a specified ditance. A grout 5 is injected into the gap. The inside fluid 4 is discharged after the grout 5 has hardened. The form is disassembled and removed in accordance with the constraction. In this way, a self-supporting and regularly defined form wp can be easily assembles and further, when the fluid 4 is discharged, as the bag 2 can be easily constracted, it can be easily removed. Thererfore, the work can be rapidly and smoothly carried out.
