PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an anti theft property by using a password input circuit set on a portable terminal to input a password. SOLUTION: This electric lock password unlocking device is provided with a portable terminal 1 such as a portable phone and PHS provided with a password input circuit 8 for inputting a password, an electric lock adapter 7 for controlling the electric lock 6 of an entrance door judging coincidence of an input password and a previously set password, and a transmitting and receiving adapter 2 connected between the portable terminal and the electric lock adapter and transmitting the password input from the portable terminal to the electric lock adapter.
