SPECIAL PROCESSED YARN AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processed yarn having a silky spun-like feeling having enriched unevenness and color variation and a method for producing the yarn. SOLUTION: This special processed yarn has real twined parts of S-twining and Z-twining alternately existing through an opened part along a yarn longitudinal direction and the real twined part has a random twining distribution in a range of 500-1,500 T/M wherein the real twined part has 50-150 cm length and the opened part has 20-30 cm length and a tear drop-type loop is formed in a part of a real twined part of either the S-twined part or the Z-twined part. In the processed yarn, between a feed roller and a delivery roller is made to an overfeed state and a fluid processing is performed at an always jetting and rotating fluid nozzle arranged between the rollers and subsequently arranged intermittently jetting and rotating fluid nozzle having different twining direction to the always jetting and rotating fluid nozzle.
