PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet for adhering on skin which is excellent in water resistance, folding part adhesiveness, adhesive remaining preventability, and non-stimulation on skin and has improved tack feeling on adhering and little pain on peeling. SOLUTION: An adhesive layer containing an organosiloxane-based polymer and an acrylate-based polymer formed of copolymer of methacrylate ester and functional monomer at a weight ratio of 5:95-19:81 or 5:95-14:86 is equipped on one side of a support. The adhesive layer has a microlayer separation structure. It is preferable to use a film of polyester-based polyurethane or polyether- based polyurethane as the support.
