PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-supported flat display capable of self-supporting without attaching a stand, capable of easily changing an arranging place, capable of reducing a possessing space and capable of excellently enlarging the image screen size. SOLUTION: An image forming device 101 by a plane display device is installed in a state of being embedded in plate-like first fittings 102. Connecting members 104 respectively arranged in pairs above and below a column 105 are extended between these first fittings 102 and the almost same second fittings 103 to be supported by a shaft to connect both. Moving members 106 such as casters are arranged under the respective fittings 102, 103. Thus, when bending a self-supported flat display so as to become, for example, 90 degrees in an angle sandwiched by both fittings 102, 103 connected so as to be freely bendable, the self-supported flat display stably self-stands, so that a possessing space is reduced. The self-supported flat display can be easily moved by the moving members 106 so that an arranging place can be freely changed.
