PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a product compact by maximally using a space formed in a rice cooker body. SOLUTION: This induction heating rice cooker is provided with a rice cooker body 1 composed of an outer case 4 having an almost quadrangular cross section and a synthetic resin protective frame 6 having a circular cross section composed so as to house an inner iron pot 5, and an operation panel part 7 is arranged in an upper place of the outer case 4. In this case, a power source base board 27 provided with various electronic parts is arranged in a lower position of the operation panel part 7 in a space part 8 formed between the outer case 4 and the protective frame 6, and the power source base board 27 is integrally mounted with a heat sink 30 for promoting heat radiation from the power source base board 27 and a cooling fan 31 for cooling the heat sink 30 to integrate the power source base board 27, the heat sink 30 and the cooling fan 31.
