PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically conduct a boarding guide to assist arrival to an objective station at an objective time. SOLUTION: A boarding guide center 7 is connected to an existing PHS network 5. The center 7 grasps current positions of users possessing PHS terminal 1a, 1b,..., and refers to route data (names of various train routes, names of stations of each route, and relation of connection between routes) in a route database 11 to decides the current nearest station of each user. The center 7 refers to the route data, time table data in a time table database 13 and personal data in a user database 15 (the nearest station to the home and the PHS number with respect to notice object users) to generate one or a plurality of ways of routes from the current nearest station to the nearest station to the home. Then, the center 7 refers to time table data of each route to calculate a time of the last train at the current nearest station to finally be in time on the nearest station to the home and informs each user about it through PHS terminals 1a, 1b and so forth.
