PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko machine which is capable of keeping a high operation ratio while a player is not refrained from hitting balls even after the number of holding amounts to the number of upper-limit times. SOLUTION: When a starting condition is established when the number of holding is not larger than an upper limit, the executing right of a picture play is secured by a picture game executing means 120 and in order to fix its execution result, drawing is executed by an execution result selecting means 130. In this drawing, a hit appears with prescribed probability. On the other hand, when the starting condition is established in the state where the number of holding amounts to an upper limit, the execution right of the picture game is not secured but drawing whose result becomes a blank is executed by the means 130 to substantially improve hitting probability in drawing to be executed after the portion. Namely, in the state where the number of holding amounts to the upper limit and the starting condition is formed in addition, the picture game is not executed actually but an effect equal to that in the case when the picture game of a blank is executed once and digested is obtained. |
