PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic multi-layered substrate capable of being sintered at a relatively low temperature to produce the sintered substrate which has a high strength and excellent substrate characteristics such as electric characteristics and temperature characteristics. SOLUTION: This ceramic multi-layered substrate 1 is obtained by laminating a dielectric ceramic layer 2 to insulating ceramic substrates 3a, 3b. Therein, the insulating ceramic substrates 3a, 3b comprise BaO-Al2O3-SiO2 based low temperature sintered ceramic substrate, and the dielectric ceramic layer 2 comprises a dielectric ceramic composition obtained by adding 3.0-35.0 wt.% of a glass component comprising 20.0-60.0 mol.% of BaO, 10.0-55.0 mol.% of SiO2 and 10.0-40.0 mol.% of B2O3 to a dielectric ceramic component expressed by the formula: [(Ba1-x-yCaxSry)O]m.(Ti1-zZrz)O2[1.005<=(m)<=1.03; 0.02<=(x)<=0.22; 0.05<=(y)<=0.35; 0.00<(z)<=0.20]. |
