PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning device, wherein positioning among components, especially the positioning of a magnet to the yoke of an optical pickup is accurately carried out. SOLUTION: Each of magnets 15 supplied and magnetically adsorbed on the opposing surfaces of a yoke 14 is provided with a first gripping section 21 adapted to grip the yoke by centering in the positioning direction of the magnet and supported to be slidable in the positioning direction, and a second gripping section 22 centered with respect to the first gripping section 21 and adapted to grip the magnet 15 by centering in the positioning direction of the magnet 15. |
