PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice ball-wrapping sheet that can be smoothly torn toward the right and left direction and peeled off by modifying the inner film. SOLUTION: A sheet of dried sea laver sheet 3 is placed between a single outer film 2 folded into double layers and is covered with the inner film 4. The inner film is preliminarily divided near the place where the outer film can be torn into two pieces. The film piece 41 on one side and two film pieces 42, 42 on the other side are overlapped so that the side edge of the counter part film piece 41 is inserted in to the gap between the side edges of the two film piece 42, 42 so that the moisture may be inhibited from transferring from the rice ball to the laver sheet 3.
