PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a wasteful power consumption of an auxiliary battery by outputting supply power from the auxiliary battery to the outside of an emergency report system terminal equipment and supplying the power to a power controller in the emergency report system terminal equipment by a signal inputted from an attachable/detachable connector and from outside. SOLUTION: A power output interface 20 outputting power supply from an auxiliary battery 19 to the outside of the emergency report system terminal equipment 1 is provided. A power interface 21 inputting the supply power of the auxiliary battery 19, which is outputted to the outside, to a power controller 18 in the emergency report system terminal equipment and a connector 8 connecting a power output interface 20 and the power input interface 21 outside the emergency report system terminal equipment 1 are installed. At the time of exchanging a main battery 7, the connector is removed and power supply from the auxiliary battery 19 is interrupted. Thus, a wasteful power consumption of the auxiliary battery 19 can be prevented.
