<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extruder with reliable machine protection by quickly detecting overload during the operation followed by controlling of the machine. SOLUTION: This extruder 100 detects distortional displacement of a screw axis 32 during the operation to control a controller 200. The distodional displacement of a screw axis 32 is detected by combining a driving member revolution sensor 111 and a screw axis revolution sensor 112, or by combining the driving member revolution sensor 111 and a screw axis revolution sensor, and by detecting the revolution differential.</p> |
