<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent any dust from being discharged from a smokestack upon initiation of operation of dust incinerator equipment. SOLUTION: When a gas stream speed in an inlet side duct 50 of a bag filter 14 is reduced, blowoff of slaked lime is interrupted. Further, when the gas stream speed in the duct is reduced, pulsed cleaning for the bag filter 14 is performed. The gas stream speed in the duct is returned, and slaked lime is blown in, and a cloth is coated. Operation of a dust incinerator equipment is interrupted. When in prepurging operation upon starting of the operation the gas stream speed in the inlet side duct 50 of the bag filter 14 is increased, any dust from the smokestack 20 is prevented from being discharged by switching the operation such that gas is supplied to the bag filter 14, and blowing in slaked lime and supplying the gas for prepurging while coating the cloth. When the prepurging operation with the predetermined amount of the gas in a dust incinerator furnace 10 is completed, the blowing of the slaked lime is interrupted, and the operation is switched to bypass the bag filter 14, and the operation enters a starting process.</p> |
