PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep both plug blades from being shorted to each other by a waterdrop so as to prevent short-circuiting due to a waterdrop. SOLUTION: A plug socket 14 is fixed to a wall of a bathroom or the like, a connection plug is disposed with holes in which plug blades 18a, 18b are inserted arranged side by side and with an arrow 19 always directed upward, whereby a waterdrop produced by dew condensation on the plug blade is prevented from dripping and flowing down on the other plug blade. Further, the holes 18a, 18b in which the plug blades are inserted are inclined to the vertical direction to be like an open angle shape, whereby waterdrops are prevented from being accumulated on the holes 18a, 18b where the plug blades are inserted, and the space is made larger in a place where water drips to heighten insulating performance. The holes 18a, 18b where both plug blades are inserted are separated by a packing 20 of a designated shape so that even if dew condensation is caused on the surface of an insulator, both plug blades are made hard to be connected by waterdrops. Thus, the danger of short-circuit due to waterdrops in the kitchen and sanitary space can be prevented so as to heighten safety.
