PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately wind a rewinding part of a carcass ply on the peripheral face of a bead core and to surely keep the winding posture. SOLUTION: In molding a tire, the end parts of a cylindrical carcass band 18 are bent toward the outside in the radial direction over the whole periphery to add a habit and a bead core 23 is arranged on the inside of the bent end parts 24. While the bead core 23 is locked, the cylindrical carcass band 18 is expanded into a troidal and belts and treads are bonded on the outer peripheral side.
