PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to execute a telephone call from an external equipment such as a telephone on automobile through an emergency report communication means at normal time except emergency report communication processing in an emergency report system terminal equipment for reporting data related to a vehicle from a control part to an emergency report center through the emergency report communication means based on a signal from an emergency report transmission button loaded on the vehicle and allowed to be depressed by a user at the time of emergency or a sensor for detecting an accident. SOLUTION: The terminal equipment is provided with a signal switching circuit 18 for switching a signal from an external equipment connection interface 19 for connecting an externally connected equipment 7 such as a telephone on automobile to a signal from a control part 12, and at normal time other than emergency report communication processing, a signal from the interface 19 is connected to an emergency report communication means 11 to attain a telephone call from the equipment 7.
