SOLUTION: A decorative frame 4b is integrally formed in a support frame 4 to reduce the number of part items and assembling manhours. At assembling time, since a side plate 1b is held in an upright state in a prescribed installing position by fitting the lower end side of the side plate 1b to a groove part 4a of the support frame 4, a jig for positioning the side plate 1b is not separately required. Since a clearance A is formed between the side plate 1b and a bottom surface and one side surface of the groove part 4a, when dew condensed water sticking to the side plate 1b flows down in the support frame 4, the dew condensed water is made to flow in the clearance A in the groove part 4a to be drained from an end part of the groove part 4a.
