PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooking efficiency, and to exhibit an excellent effect even in the sanitary aspect by receiving preparations processed by a process member by a filtering vessel preset in a vessel body, and performing dewatering and washing by water without directly touching the preparations with hand. SOLUTION: A cooking tool is provided with a vessel body 2 having an upper surface of an opening bowl shape and an inward collar member 6 projected on the inner periphery of a position lower than an upper end surface and a process member 3 having a process means 3d being detachably fitted to an upper end surface of the vessel body 2 and processing preparations and a dropping port 3e for dropping processed food in the vessel body 2. An outward flange 4a made of a net is projected on the upper outer periphery, and the flange 4a is combined with a filtering vessel 4 for engaging with the collar member 6 of the vessel body 2.
