PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preclude giving a sense of incompatibility in the steering feeling when a steering wheel in neutral position is turned to left or right. SOLUTION: A power steering device is equipped with a second control part 21 and a first control part 20 consisting of four variable throttles, and an on-off valve 23 is installed downstream of the second control part 21. One pilot chamber 23a of this on-off control valve 23 is connected with the upstream of an orifice 22 while other pilot chamber 23b is connected to downstream of the orifice 22. When the operation needs an assisting force, the second control part 21 is kept in the flow-through condition so that a rise of the pressure is suppressed. |
