PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage received data for every individual even for a person who does not have a terminal for receiving electronic mail in a facsimile type electronic mail system. SOLUTION: After image data are received and the format thereof is inversely transformed (steps S131 and S132), the image data are stored in a box for each destination prepared in the external storage part of the facsimile type electronic mail system (S133). The box is made correspondent to an ID and a password, which are previously inputted by an owner, and the ID and password of the owner for each destination are required for fetching contents in the box. Then, the ID and password of the owner are inputted (S134) and when the password is certified, these contents are printed (S135).
