PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-supply system, an electronic apparatus and a battery pack suitable for many kinds of power specifications, regardless of the small number of power-supply system kinds. SOLUTION: A battery pack 10 includes two battery cells 12 and 14 with the same output voltage and four connection terminals 16, 18, 20 and 22 exposed to the outside. The connection terminal 16 is connected to the positive electrode of the battery cell 14, and the connection terminal 18 is connected to a positive electrode of the battery cell 12. A connection terminal 30 is connected to a negative electrode of the battery cell 12, and the connection terminal 22 is connected to the negative electrode of the battery cell 14. A video camera 30 with two cells in the specifications has connection terminals 32, 34, 36, and 38 corresponding to each connection terminals 16, 18, 20 or 22 of the battery pack 10. Then, the connection terminal 32 is connected to the positive input of a power-supply circuit 40, and the connection terminal 36 is connected to a negative input of the power-supply circuit 40. The connection terminal 34 is connected to the connection terminal 38. When the video camera 30 is of one cell specification, both the terminals 16 and 18 are connected to the positive input of the power-supply circuit 40, and both the terminals 20 and 22 are connected to the negative input of the power-supply circuit 40.
