SOLUTION: This device is provided with a recording medium 12 for holding information, a probe 14 for reading information recorded in the recording medium, a control means connected to the probe 14, and a field effect transistor 26 disposed between the probe 14 and the control means. The probe 14 is connected to the gate 36 of the field effect transistor 26.
