PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a duty cycle by giving the feedback of an output signal to one gate terminal with a duty cycle controller and controlling the threshold voltage value of the transistor of one terminal of a backgating terminal. SOLUTION: This inverter circuit 100 has an output node N that detects a constant voltage value depending on the impedance value of the drain terminal transistors of transistors Q1 and Q2. A voltage control circuit 120 being a duty circle controller is arranged between the output node N and one of backgating terminals of the transistor Q1. And the circuit 120 controlling a duty cycle is connected to the output node N in a switchable way, gives negative feedback of an output voltage V0 to the backgating terminal, controls a threshold voltage of the transistor Q1 with it and consequently adjust the duty cycle of V0.
