PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform of a progress state of identification code registration and to prevent mis-registration at identification code registration in a receiver that has a function of registering an identification code when the identification code is received a specified number of times in a state that the identification code can be registered. SOLUTION: While a receiver 2 is in a state that the receiver 2 can register an identification code, when a transmitter 1 transmits a signal to the receiver 2, the receiver 2 receives the signal and buzzes a buzzer 17 by number of (consecutive) reception times. When the receiver 2 receives a signal of other transmitter during that time, the receiver is restored to an initial state. When number of times of reception of the receiver 2 reaches a specified number of times, the receiver 2 registers an identification code of the transmitter 1 and the buzzer 17 keeps buzzing intermittently. Then the transmitter 1 transmits the signal to the receiver 2 and when the identification code of the transmitted signal matches the identification code 2 registered in the receiver 2, the buzzer 17 stops buzzing.
