PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a system fast by improving the availability of the memory and bus lines of an image data transferring device which accesses plural memory devices. SOLUTION: Of the image data transferring device equipped with a CPU, a memory control part 12, memory devices 30 and 32 which are controlled by the CPU through the memory control part 12, a first bus line connecting the CPU and the memory control part 12 and second bus lines which correspond to the memory devices 30 and 32 respectively and connect the each memory devices and the memory control part 12 together, the memory control part 12 has a bus switching part 14 which switches the respective connections between the first bus line and second bus lines and at least one buffer 22 which temporarily stores data transferred between the CPU and at least one storage device.
