PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to align heating tubes by self-tying tubes while preventing the wall thickness of the heating tube and the self-tying tube at the contact part from getting thin due to wear, by installing a spacer at the contact part of the heating tube with the self-tying tube, and by installing the spacer at the contact part of the self-tying tube with the heating tube. SOLUTION: A spacer 7 is installed at the contact part of a heating tube 4 with a self-tying tube 6, and the spacer 8 is installed at the contact part of the self-tying tube 6 with the heating tube 4, so that the heating tube 4 and the self-tying tube 6 contact with each other through the spacers 7 and 8. The spacer 7 is directly welded at the contact part of the heating tube 4 with the self-tying tube 6, and the spacer 8 is directly welded at the contact part of the self-tying tube 6 with the heating tube 4. Even if the heating tubes 4 rattle during operation, there is no possibilities of thinning the wall thickness of the heating tube 4 and the self-tying tube 6 due to wear because of the interposition of the spaces 7 and 8 between the heating tube 4 and the self-tying tube 6.
