PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid error judgment, and improve reliability of the judgment by calculating a fuel consumption ratios while correction and leakage are checked, and inhibiting judgment of an existence of leakage in a tank system in the case where calculated fuel consumption rates are substantially different from each other. SOLUTION: In an inter tank pressure decreasing mode practice unit 60 in an ECU 5, pressure fluctuating rates per unit time are respectively calculated on the basis of a value detected by an internal pressure sensor 11, by pressure fluctuating rate calculating units 71, 72 in a correction check part 62 and a tank leak check part 65. In a judgment practice check part 73 of a vapor check part 66, it is judged whether leakage of a tank system is judged on the basis fuel consumption rates while correction and tank leakage are checked. In the case where leaking judgment is allowed, leakage is judged on the basis of each pressure fluctuation rate per unit time on each check. In the case where each fuel injection rate on check is substantially different, judgment of leakage is inhibited.
