PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten mobility of ions of an electrolyte salt, and lower reactivity with lithium in either case of a room temperature and a high temperature by containing one or more kinds of ether linkage-containing monocarbonate compound as an organic solvent for dissolving the electrolyte of a non-aqueous electrolyte. SOLUTION: One or more kinds of ether linkage-containing monocarbonate compounds expressed by the formula: R1-R2-OC(=O)O-R3=R4 are contained in an organic solvent. For example, cited are methyl-1-methoxymethyl carbonate, methyl-1-tetrahydrofurfuryl carbonate and the like. By using this non-aqueous electrolyte, charging-discharging cycle characteristics and high temperature characteristics of a non-aqueous electrolytic secondary battery are improved. In the formula, R1 and R2 are H, halogen, (halogen substitutional) alkoxy group with C1-8 or an ether-linkage containing annular substitutional group, one of them is an alkoxy group or an annular substitutional group, and R2 and R3 are halogen substitutional alkylene group with C1-8. |
