PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow control device capable of controlling constant discharge flow irrespective of increasing a supply flow rate. SOLUTION: A flow control device includes a spool valve 30 accommodated slidably in the internal hole 11 of a housing 10, whereby the discharge flow of a fluid sent out through a throttle part 22 is controlled by controlling the rate of flow of fluid flowing back with an outlet 14 opened and closed which is in communication with the internal hole 11 according to the operation of the spool valve 30. A flow straightening means 30b deviates the flow-back direction of the fluid flowing back from the internal hole 11 to the direction approx. perpendicular to the axis of the spool valve 30 so as to nullify substantially the draw-back force acting on the spool valve 30 when the fluid flows back. |
