PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the security properties of an image drawn on a card or a recorded article having the monetary value or to be utilized for the personal identification, and not to improve the card or the recorded article itself. SOLUTION: An yellow color ink layer 1, a magenta color ink layer 2 and a cyan color ink layer 3 are formed in parallel respectively on the upper face of a belt-shaped base 9, and a color ink layer 7 is formed of respective color ink layers 1-3. Also a red color fluorescent ink layer 4 emitting a red color, a green fluorescent color ink layer 5 emitting a green color and a blue color fluorescent ink layer 6 emitting a blue color when ultraviolet rays are emitted to respective ink layers are formed in parallel respectively and successively to the color ink layer 7 on the upper face of the belt-shaped base 9, and a fluorescent color ink layer 8 is formed of respective fluorescent ink layers 4-6. |
