<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive substrate having excellent durability, chemical resistance, gas barrier property, good transparency, optical isotropy and interlayer adhesion property, and having high insulating surface resistance when a transparent conductive layer is etched. SOLUTION: This transparent conductive substrate consists of a laminated film including a transparent polymer substrate (S) and a hardened resin layer (U), and a transparent conductive layer (E) disposed in contact with the hardening resin layer (U) of the laminated film. The substrate has the following properties. (a) The transmittance for whole rays is >=80%, (b) the transparent polymer substrate (S) is 0.01 to 1.0 mm thick, (c) the retardation of the transparent polymer substrate (S) is <=20 nm, (d) the transparent conductive layer (E) is 1 nm to 1μm thick, and (e) the surface of the hardened resin layer (U) in contact with the transparent conductive layer (E) has >=1.0×1013Ω/unit sq. surface resistance under conditions of at 50 deg.C and 30% RH, and >=1.0×1012Ω/unit sq. surface resistance at 50 deg.C and 90% RH.</p> |
