PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity by enabling the simultaneous molding of blocks in which both front and rear surfaces are decorated. SOLUTION: In a molding apparatus, a form is formed from a front plate for molding the decorative front surface of a concrete block, a rear plate for molding a decorative rear surface, and end plates for molding the right and left end surfaces, and the form is opened/closed by the forward/backward movement of the front and rear plates. Two sets of forms are arranged, a front part cam 17 is installed in front of the front plate of the front side form, an intermediate cam 18 is installed between the rear plate of the front side form and the front plate of the rear side form, and a rear part cam 19 is installed behind the rear plate of the rear side form. The cams 17, 18, 19 are rotated reciprocatingly at 90 degree through link mechanisms 22, 22a, 25, 26, 29, 30, 31, 33, 32 by the reciprocation of the piston rod 20a of a hydraulic cylinder 20 to open/close the forms.
