PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device that transmits a signal with a small amplitude and a high frequency while suppressing amplitude fluctuation of the signal even on the occurrence of power supply voltage fluctuation, ambient temperature fluctuation and dispersion in manufacture of a wafer or the like. SOLUTION: A semiconductor chip 1 is provided with a fluctuation amount detection circuit 3 acting as an pulse signal output circuit that detects power supply voltage fluctuation, ambient temperature fluctuation and dispersion in manufacture of a wafer or the like and provides the output of a fluctuation detection signal in response to the detected fluctuation amount, a signal conversion circuit 5 that converts the detected fluctuation amount into a fluctuation voltage/current and an output level control circuit 2 consisting of n-sets of output circuits 8-1-8-n that output a high speed small amplitude output signal externally via output pads 7-1-7-n.
