摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct the entire device with passive parts alone and to be excellent in handling property at a low cost by providing a power synthesizer, a passive attenuation quantity setter which is connected onto a 1st transmission path and sets the attenuation quantity of a signal and a phase delay path which is connected onto a 2nd transmission path and sets the phase delay quantity of the signal. SOLUTION: A microwave signal from an input terminal 1 is distributed by a power distributor 8, one of the signals is made to pass through a passive variable resistor 10 being a 1st transmission line, the other is made to pass through a phase delay path 11 being a 2nd transmission line, they are subjected to power synthesis by a power synthesizer 9 and outputted from an output terminal 2. Here, the attenuation quantity of the signal can be set in the resistor 10, and the phase delay quantity of the signal can be set in the path 11 so that the phase and amplitude of a signal appearing at the terminal 2 can be change to various manners in accordance with the combination of the attenuation quantity and the phase delay quantity. About the resistor 10 and the path 11, a specially active circuit does not have to be used and they can be constructed by using passive parts alone.
