PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working efficiency by automatically judging whether the welding state of a container main body with a pouring outlet member is good or not during the time, for instance, covering from a container manufacturing process to a beverage filling process. SOLUTION: A part of a pouring outlet member 30 is inserted into an opening of a container main body 31 formed of a sheet formed into a bag shape, and the pouring outlet member 30 is welded by hot sealing on the upper edge 31a of the container main body 31 in a welding inspection device for a container (a). In that case, the device is provided with a carrying device 5 for hanging down the container (a) and carrying the same in the state of facing both side edges in the width direction of the container main body 31 to the front and rear direction, an inspection means for inspecting the welding state of the upper edge 31a of the container main body 31 with the pouring outlet member 30 when the container (a) is carried and a control device for judging whether the welding state is good or not based on information from the inspection means.
