PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise temperature of air for heating at high temperature and in a short time by non-rotationally-movably mounting a magnet support opposite to the back plate of a fan made of conductor at interval of a little gap, and heating air in a casing by slip heating generated in the back plate due to rotation of the fan. SOLUTION: The back plate 1-2a of a centrifugal fan 1-2 fitted to the rotary shaft 1-4 of a drive motor 1-3 in a fan casing 1-1 is made of conductor, an annular magnet support 1-5 mounted with a doughnut-shaped permanent magnet 1-6 is oppositely fitted to it at an interval of a little gap, and a drive motor 1-3 is fitted to the back face of the magnet support 1-5. A magnetic path generated between them is sheared to generate slip heating in the back plate 1-2a made of conductor. This heating is thermally exchanged for air flowing in the fan casing 1-2 through the centrifugal fan 1-2, and the air becomes a warm wind or a hot wind to discharge from an air discharge port 1-8.
