PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a crucible, in which the residual molten metal can easily be removed, by arranging a pouring hole at the upper part of the crucible body and opening a part of a cover for preventing flow-out of the molten metal arranged at a molten metal flowing path from the upper part of the crucible body to the pouring hole. SOLUTION: The crucible 1 for centrifugal casting machine is opened with the opening part 15 arranged at the one side of the cover 14 for preventing the molten metal flow-out. The position arranging the opening part 5 of the cover 14 for preventing the molten metal flow-out is made to the wall surface at the reverse side of the wall surface along the molten metal in the molten metal flowing path with the centrifugal force in the case of rotating the crucible 1 for centrifugal casting machine by setting the centrifugal casting machine. In this way, it is no fear that the molten metal in the molten metal flowing path at the using time flows out from the opening part 15 and the residual molten metal 2 stuck to the molten metal flowing path can easily be removed by inserting a tool from the opening part 15. In such a way, at the opening position, any trouble at the removing time of the residual molten metal is eliminated, and it is no fear that the crucible for centrifugal casting is broken, and the service life of the crucible can be extended.
