摘要

The invention concerns with methods for the preparation of modified or transformed yeast strain able to stabilize 3b-hydroxysteroids in which the strain is prevented of acetyl -C A-pregnenolone- acetyltransferase activity due to the change of ATF2 S. cerevisiae gene or homologue thereof; also the method for oxidation in vivo of steroid substrate with use of obtained transformed yeast strain.
