PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an angular velocity sensor which can be reduced in cost by reducing the number of used parts. SOLUTION: Supporting pieces 20 are integrally provided on the spots of a supporting member 19 housing a weight plate 15 firmly fitted with tuning fork section 11, a circuit board 16, and first rubber bodies 18 above and below the rubber bodies 18 and bent so as to sandwich the rubber bodies 18 from the top and bottom sides. Therefore, the need of an inner lid is eliminated and the number of parts can be reduced. |
