摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce impedance in an ON state by providing a diode making the current speech communication path end of a FET from a control terminal in a forward direction, an element having high impedance against a signal to be controlled, etc., between the control terminal and the current speech communication path end of the FET. SOLUTION: An input terminal 2 and an output terminal 4 are connected to control terminal 3 and 17 through diodes 25 and 27 and resistance elements 43 and 45. Also, a source or a drain connected to the capacitor 14 of a FET 11 is connected to the control terminals 3 and 17 through the diodes 25 and 27 and a resistance element 47. And, Hi potential is given to the terminal 3 and Lo potential is given to the terminal 17. Then, the Hi voltage is applied to the gate of a FET 1, and voltage being lower than it for the voltage drop of a diode is applied to the source and drain of the FET 1. Then, impedance in an ON state of the FET 1 can be reduced for the voltage drop of the diode.
