PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable generating proper humid and warmth and to make a ciliary movement lively in bronchus by combining a water absorbing and holding mate rial containing moisture with a heat generator by means of the oxidation of iron and incorporating it in a mask. SOLUTION: The heat generator 3 utilizing a thermochemical reaction by the oxidation of iron and a moisture supply body 4 being the water holding material are incorporated in the mask and through-holes 6 are arranged in them. When it is used, the heat generator 3 is brought into contact with air, moisture is supplied to the water holding material and, then, they are set in the mask. Then the material containing moisture is heated by the generator 3, vapor is generated and proper humidity and warmth are obtained in the mask. Thus, a warming and humidifying function is added to the mask so that a user easily breathes. The ciliary movement in bronchus is activated by humidity so that an ability to discharge the viruses of a cold or the like is enhanced. Besides, temp. in the mask is normally kept to be the high one so that the action of the viruses is reduced. |
