PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power circuit which prevents noise from appearing on the screen by suppressing fluctuation in a current. SOLUTION: This power circuit is of such a constitution that a control circuit 27 switches a second switching element 32 into off state, while a first switching element 24 is switched on, and switches it into on condition, when the voltage, value of a primary coil 22 is larger than a dive power voltage value after a current flows into a first diode 26, in an off state of the first switching element 24.
