PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily construct a framed structure of a sunroom, a box house or the like by using basic parts formed by an H-shape steel as a post material and a beam material and bolting the parts in front and in rear and left and right, upper and lower through joint parts. SOLUTION: Basic parts 20 are used as a post material, a beam material to be connected to each other, and joined to a building frame of a dwelling house 1 to construct a box-like framed structure, and a glass door 41 is fitted to the side, and glass to a ceiling to construct a sunroom 3 on the side of the dwelling house 1. The basic part 20 is formed by an H-shaped steel, a plate is secured to the end part, and a bolt hole is formed. Similarly, a plate is secured to a joint part 21 formed by an H-shaped member, a similar bolt hole is formed, and a bolt is passed and fastened to connect the basic parts 20 in front and in rear, right and left, and upper and lower. Accordingly, the structure of various kinds of frames can be easily constructed by combining general purpose basic parts 20 and joint part 21.
