PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching arrangement for wipers of a vehicle generating less operational noise and having high formation for a practical use. SOLUTION: When a wiper contact 16 opens between an earth contact WE and a high speed contact +W2 and between the earth contact WE and a low speed contact +W1, an INT contact 17 closes between an auxiliary earth contact IE and an auxiliary high speed contact +I2 and conducts between the earth contact WE and the high speed contact +W2. Consequently, opening and closing between the earth contact WE and a high speed contact +W2 and opening and closing between the earth contact WE and a low speed contact +W1 are synchronizedly performed, then operational noise of a relay switch becomes less times. Since it is no longer necessary let the high speed contact +W2 come close to the low speed contact +W1, formation of an operational distance and an electrical gap of an operational lever 12 becomes less.
