PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a damage such as discolor, stain, fade of a print or the like of an annuity notebook by matching right and left edges to a body of a suitable material, laminating them, and folding them to complete it. SOLUTION: Right and left edges 3, 2 are laminated to a body 1 of a suitable material, and folded. Only the body 1 is formed in a bag-like state, and may be fastened by a button or opened or closed by a zipper, or inexpensively fastened, written by a character or decorated. A pocket or the like is added, and finished in high quality. Thus, the annuity notebook can be protected.
