PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain inclination of a caliper body resulting from caliper body behavior under drag torque in a disk turning out direction or from adjustment movement in an acting portion direction while achieving a simple structure and low cost and maintaining slidability in a disk axial direction. SOLUTION: A disk axial direction guide groove 2h is arranged on a center reaction claw 2e. A retainer 19 is firmly fixed on a tie bar 5c and tongue pieces 19d of tips of caliper support portions 19b are elastically contacted with the guide grooves 2h on the reaction claw 2e and hold disk turning-in side and turning-out side of the reaction claws 2e.
