PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel that can be fixed to an arbitrary position regardless of a click and enable quick changes between a vertical or a horizontal layout. SOLUTION: A 1st tripod base rotational barrel 11 is provided with a click ball 15 and a click spring 16 held in a hole 12A of an end surface of the lens main body 17, inserted into the lens main body 17, the click ball 15 is pushed into a V shaped groove 17A by a click spring 16 and a click is generated by the rotation of the 1st tripod base rotational barrel 11. The rotation of the 1st tripod base rotational barrel 11 is fixed by having a 1st tripod base rotational barrel fixing screw 12 screwed into and held on the 1st tripod base rotational barrel. The rotation of a 2nd tripod base rotational barrel 13 is fixed by having a 2nd tripod base rotational barrel fixing screw 14 screwed into and held on the 1st tripod base rotational barrel 11.
